Automated e-invoicing for Spain.
VeriFactu compliance, zero downtime.
Spain's new e-invoicing requirements apply to any business selling B2B in Spain — including EU companies with Spanish clients. We audit your current flow, implement a compatible ERP, and automate issuing, receiving and reconciliation with AI.
Two obligations, one workflow.
Ley Crea y Crece (RD 238/2026)
Mandatory B2B electronic invoicing. Regulation in force from 20 April 2026. Projected deadlines: July 2027 for companies with turnover above 8 M€, July 2028 for the rest — projected, subject to Ministerial Order publication.
VeriFactu (RD 1007/2023 + RDL 15/2025)
Compliant Invoicing Software Systems (SIF) mandatory for Corporate Income Tax payers from 1 January 2027, and for other obligated taxpayers from 1 July 2027.
What we do
We audit, migrate, issue, integrate and automate the full workflow — with your existing ERP or with Odoo, whichever makes more economic sense.
Penalties worth knowing: LGT art. 201 bis targets SIF producers with fines up to €150,000 per system per year; LGT art. 203 applies to taxpayers for obstruction (variable); Law 56/2007 art. 2 bis.9 covers the B2B e-invoice obligation with fines up to €10,000.
Disclaimer: the exact go-live dates for Ley Crea y Crece remain pending the Ministerial Order. We keep the regulatory reference up to date on our journal.

What we cover: baseline compliance plus optional integrations.
Baseline compliance — for every obligated taxpayer
The four pillars every affected business needs in place before the projected deadlines.
Invoicing and compliance audit
We review your current SIF, your outbound and inbound invoice flows, and your regulatory exposure against VeriFactu and Ley Crea y Crece.
Deliverable: an actionable checklist with specific gaps ranked by risk.
Odoo implementation with VeriFactu-compatible module
Odoo 18 setup with l10n_es and a VeriFactu-compliant module.
For customers without an ERP or migrating from Holded, Sage, Contasol or SAP when the numbers justify it.
Automated generation and delivery of electronic invoices
Signed Facturae XML, delivered through the right channel for each recipient (B2B, B2G, SII).
Real-time status tracking inside the ERP: accepted, rejected or paid.
Post go-live SLA support
Continuous compliance monitoring, updates for regulatory changes, and incident resolution.
Because the rules will keep moving after 2027, and your system has to move with them.
Optional integrations — based on customer profile
Add-ons that make sense for specific profiles: high purchase volume, B2G sellers, SII-obligated taxpayers.
Supplier-invoice OCR and inbound automation
Automatic processing of supplier PDF invoices with OCR and AI, whether they arrive by email, portal or Facturae.
Reconciliation against your ERP, configurable approval workflow, and duplicate-payment blocking.
SII AEAT / FACe / PGEFe integrations
We connect with Suministro Inmediato de Información (SII) for obligated taxpayers, and with FACe or Punto General de Entrada de Facturas Electrónicas for companies selling to public administration.
One architecture that covers your B2B, B2G and AEAT reporting without duplicated manual work.
30 — 60 — 90 days, with your current system running in parallel.
No client can afford to pause invoicing while migrating. Our process keeps the current system alive until the new one is validated under real conditions.
Review of your current SIF, full mapping of issuing and receiving flows, regulatory gap analysis.
Deliverable: a migration plan with timeline, total cost and dependencies.
ERP or Odoo setup with the VeriFactu module, integration config (SII, FACe, PGEFe if applicable), and a test environment with synthesised real data.
Production migration, accounting-team training, and two weeks of parallel running: old and new systems issuing simultaneously until we validate consistency.
Continuous compliance monitoring, updates for regulatory changes (AEAT FAQs, Ministerial Orders, SII revisions), and incident support with contractual priority.
Odoo Partner with real track record and a team in Valencia.

Odoo Partner with track record
We implement Odoo with customization, the l10n_es localization and fiscal modules across dozens of projects. Odoo is our core competence — not a side offering picked up last month to ride the e-invoicing wave.
Real AI, not generic chatbots
Invoice OCR, automatic bank reconciliation, agentic automation with n8n and Python, validation pipelines before anything hits production. We hand you the code — no black box you cannot touch.
Glass Box: all the code is yours
No lock-in. Modules live in your repository, documentation is alive, infrastructure is documented. If you move to another agency tomorrow or bring the project in-house, you take everything with you — no friction, no data hostage.
The technologies we build with.
Nothing proprietary, nothing secret. Everything we use is open source or industry-standard — and auditable.
ERP core
Odoo 18 with l10n_es and community VeriFactu-compatible modules.
Electronic invoicing
Facturae XML plus digital signature in PKCS#7 and XAdES formats depending on the recipient.
Automation
Python and n8n stack for workflow orchestration, webhooks, retries and data transformation.
AI for OCR
OCR via Claude API or Gemini for inbound supplier invoices — with human validation built into the approval workflow.
AEAT integrations
Optional: SII AEAT integration for obligated taxpayers, and FACe or PGEFe for B2G clients.
Webhooks and APIs
Optional: REST and XML-RPC connectors for supplier portals, marketplaces and legacy systems.
Pricing on request.
Every business has a different starting point: current ERP, invoice volume, B2B vs B2C client mix, existing integrations, SII obligations. That is why the quote always comes after an initial free audit, not before.
Once we understand your setup and the gaps are clear, we send a concrete proposal with scope, timeline and total cost. No fine print.
Kit Digital
We can advise you on eligibility (up to 12,000 euros in subsidy), though we do not manage the application directly — that goes through your tax advisor or grant consultant.
What people ask us before signing.
Do I need to migrate to Odoo to comply with VeriFactu?
No. If your current ERP (Sage, Holded, SAP, Contasol) has a VeriFactu-compatible module, we can configure it without migration. We only recommend migration when the adaptation cost exceeds the migration cost — it is a pure economic decision, not an Odoo pitch.
How long does VeriFactu implementation take for a typical SME?
Between 30 and 60 days. Audit (2 weeks) plus implementation (4 — 6 weeks) plus go-live with parallel running (2 weeks). The main variables are monthly invoice volume and the integrations with systems already in place (POS, marketplaces, CRM, supplier portals).
Do you work with companies outside Spain?
Yes. We are based in Valencia but work remotely with clients across Spain, and also with EU companies selling to Spain who need to comply with the Spanish framework. Valencia is our headquarters, not our only market.
What if I am already using Holded, Sage, Contasol or SAP?
We do not force migration. If your provider has a VeriFactu module, we configure it. If the module is expensive, limited or does not cover your use case, we compare costs (licences, consultancy, compliance risk) and give you an honest recommendation. Sometimes the best recommendation is to stay where you are.
Will my invoices keep being issued while you migrate?
Yes. Go-live is parallel: we keep your current system operational while testing the new one with real data. Once we validate that generation, numbering, signature and delivery work consistently, we cut over. Zero downtime, zero lost invoices, zero gaps in the numbering sequence.
Does Kit Digital cover this implementation?
It can cover part of the project (up to 12,000 euros depending on profile). Eligibility depends on company size and the digitization category chosen. We orient you for free on whether it fits, though direct application handling is always done via your tax advisor or a grant consultant.
